Born and raised in the Philadelphia area, Mr. Spitofsky earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from The George Washington University in 1984, and his law degree from The Dickinson School of Law in 1988.
He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery County Bar Associations, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
Prior to starting his practice in 1996, Mr. Spitofsky worked for two law firms in Philadelphia, where he concentrated his practice in bankruptcy law.
Mr. Spitofsky has 30 years of experience handling bankruptcy cases, and has helped thousands of individuals and businesses in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, Chester and Bucks counties through the bankruptcy process.
